I opened this website in 2013 to show my audio electronics projects and also to use it as a portfolio when looking for a job. After adding the initial content I did not really keep updating the site. After moving to a new country and somehow settling down, I got active in hobby electronics in 2016 again and thought I should continue sharing my projects. After documenting the new projects I finally re-opened the site in February 2017. Updating pace has still been sluggish but hopefully gets better.
I am an electrical engineer and maker, especially interested in electronics, audio engineering, and new technology in general. I started doing some electronics in my teenage years and the enthusiasm took me to vocational school and finally to university. In my twenties I had around 8 years that I was not really doing any electronics on my free time. However, now in my thirties it seems I have found the spark again!
I have an M.Sc. degree in electronics and have studied electronics, signal processing, and measurement technology in Tampere University of Technology (TUT), Finland. Currently I am living, working, and tinkering in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
I also work in audio semiconductor industry, as an applications engineer at Dialog Semiconductor, but this website is purely about my hobby projects. To get an overview of my professional life, have a look at my LinkedIn profile.
